At Tayyibun we welcome complaints from students, teachers and customers. Should you be unhappy with any of our services for any reason or would like to make a suggestion we urge you to come forward without any hesitation. This is the only way we can find out if we are doing something wrong so we can learn and improve the quality of the services we provide. Tayyibun is committed to providing a high quality, effective and efficient service. We have a comprehensive complaints policy setting out specific timescales for responding to your complaints. How to complain or make a suggestion (1) E-mail (2) Letter (3) Completing and returning our complaints form at any of our Events/courses. We usually respond within 5 days of a registration of complaint or suggestion. |
